A celebration of North India's everyday abundance — the colour, craft and comfort of its kitchens and street corners, gathered into one joyful table.
The Story
Every meal is a festival. A vegetarian North Indian menu, plated for the table and served in a restaurant built around colour, craft and an easy sense of joy.
Spice Carnival is one of the group's most expressive restaurant yet — a love letter to the North Indian kitchen and the everyday abundance of its tables and streets. From the tandoor come Lucknowi kebabs and smoked Bukhara paneer; from the chaat counter, a puchka experience served fresh at your table, Banarasi tomato chaat, Amritsari chole and kulcha. Alongside the classics sit a few playful turns — fire-roasted avocado, miso tartlets, a truffle kulcha — for the curious. The space nods to India's craft traditions of textile, terracotta and brass, without dressing it up as theatre. Doors open soon. Join the list and we'll send you the first invitation.
