The Story

Every meal is a festival. A vegetarian North Indian menu, plated for the table and served in a restaurant built around colour, craft and an easy sense of joy.

Spice Carnival is one of the group's most expressive restaurants yet — a love letter to the North Indian kitchen and the everyday abundance of its tables and streets. From the tandoor come Lucknowi kebabs and smoked Bukhara paneer; from the chaat counter, a puchka experience served fresh at your table, Banarasi tomato chaat, Amritsari chole and kulcha. Alongside the classics sit a few playful turns — fire-roasted avocado, miso tartlets, a truffle kulcha — for the curious. The space nods to India's craft traditions of textile, terracotta and brass, without dressing it up as theatre.
